Food and Beverage Staff

Duties include:

• Welcoming and seating guests;
• Answering the phone and taking reservations;
• Taking orders and payments;
• Preparing and serving hot and cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, beverages;
• Restocking bar supplies;
• Setting up for service including setting tables, and packing down after service;
• Serving food and clearing tables;
• Cleaning and tidying of restaurant, bars and events hall;
• Reviewing and unpacking deliveries; and
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering.

Key considerations:

• Must be reliable, hard-working, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or bar service role will be highly regarded but is not essential.
• Familiarity with Polish or Eastern European cuisine will be highly regarded but is not essential.
• Polish language skills will be highly regarded but are not essential.
• Must be committed to Responsible Service of Alcohol, food safety and HACCP compliance, and possess (or be willing to obtain) the relevant certifications.
• Small team environment of up to 5 staff/volunteers.
• Pay rate depends on experience and will be in line with pay rates set by the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award.
